Student Affairs

Student Affairs helps students to achieve their academic and personal goals. Student Affairs complements your education process by providing assistance with housing, counseling, disability services, student activities, student clubs and community referrals.

Student Activities

Getting involved and becoming an active participant in school is an important part of your educational experience. Students may join a student club, get involved in student leadership, participate in social events or volunteer for a local charity.

Student Housing

Student housing staff helps students to meet their housing needs throughout their enrollment at The Art Institutes. Students may choose between two living options: school-sponsored housing (not available at all schools) or independent housing.

Counseling Services

The Art Institutes makes personal counseling services available to students through on-site counselors or through outside referrals. Counseling services may assist students with their adjustment to school and helps to promote overall wellness within the student population. Through short-term personal counseling, students explore and work toward resolving their personal problems and conflicts in a private setting. Counseling services also strive to promote independence, self-confidence, healthy relationships and strong coping skills through educational workshops and written materials.

Community Referrals

Each school may make information available on local community resources, including health care, childcare, recreation, part-time jobs and transportation. The information provided to students does not represent an endorsement of any service, agency, provider, etc. by The Art Institutes.

Please contact the Student Affairs office at the school you are considering for more information about the services and activities available to students.
